I cannot hear the auction.
Close your internet browser. Re-Open it and empty your cache by going to the Internet Options
choice on the Tools menu and clicking on the “Delete Files” button in the Temporary Internet Files
section. Go back to our website to Log In again. A message may appear when you log on asking
you to download Coretech webphone Active-X (this is the program that allows you to hear our
auction). Please allow this download to continue to install itself on your system (a yellow bar may
appear at the top of your browser asking if you want to allow/accept this Active-X - allow this also).
Now when you click on the button that says “Listen” at the bottom of the screen you will hear the
auctioneer.
I don’t see the bidding screen - I have a blank gray screen or I have several error
messages (run time error, etc.).
You need to download the LATEST version of Java software. Go to www.java.com and click on the
“Download Now” button and follow the instructions until you get the message “Java Installed”.

Because our system is so highly encrypted, we cannot retrieve your password. However, we can
change it. So please contact us by e-mail or phone and we will give you a new temporary password
that you can use to log back in and which you can then change at any time by following our link on
the website.
